Everything we do depends on your requirements. Everything is specifically tailored to your space, your choices and your lifestyle. At Hestia Materials, everything is made to order, and every detail reflects our consideration and your personal touch.

In our initial meeting, we will discuss the budget, colours, layout, ideas and photos with you. Based on the project scope, we will require an initial design fee to begin (this design fee is taken off the total cost of the project upon acceptance of the job). Once we have designed the area(s), we will have our second meeting to present our proposed design concept, 3D renders, colour palette and a project estimate. 

After discussion of necessary changes to the design and budget, payment and design of the project are then divided into 4 phases.

1. Design Approval (10% - we provide the complete set of drawings)

2. Production (40% - we do the final measurement onsite before production begins )

3. Installation (40% - we oversee all aspects of the final build for you)

4. Final Review (10% - 3 days upon all installation work is completed).

If you already have architectural plans or a hand-sketch map with measurements of a particular area of your house, we can provide an obligation-free quote based on your plans or hand-sketch map. It will be a great starting point if you want to refresh your kitchen or bathroom.
